Classes at TLBJJ

At TLBJJ, I offer structured Gi and No-Gi classes for adults that focus on building real skill and confidence. Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or looking to refine your technique, my goal is to give you a safe, supportive place to learn and improve. I want every student to feel welcome here and to make steady progress both on and off the mats.

Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 
(Gi / No-Gi)

(ages 16+)

This class is designed to build, reinforce, and advance fundamental skills into higher‑level jiu‑jitsu. You’ll learn essential techniques through clear instruction and structured drilling, and progress into deeper strategy, timing, combinations, and positional problem‑solving. With situational rounds and live training, this class is designed to develop confident, well‑rounded jiu‑jitsu and prepare you for continued growth on the mat.

Class Schedule

I designed this schedule to make it easy for you to show up, learn, and make steady progress. We start each night with fundamentals, move into advanced training, and offer No-Gi on Fridays for anyone who wants to mix it up. Check out the class times and jump into whatever fits your goals.

All classes are designed for adults, age 16 and above.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

6 pm - 7:30 pm

Monday and Wednesday are Gi classes, while Friday is no-Gi.
